Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Sales Marketing and project management located in Edison, NJ. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives, manage logistics, ensure compliance with timelines, and handle resource allocation for projects. Daily responsibilities include expediting project workflows, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing inspections, and managing project deliverables. Additionally, the role requires managing communication between teams, tracking progress, and providing periodic updates to leadership to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Expeditor and Expediting tasks, ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently
- Proven expertise in Project Management, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Experience with Inspection tasks, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout project stages
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and supply chain coordination
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
