A clinical pharmacist contributes to AHF by expanding primary care functions of pharmacists such as providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long-acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers.
A Clinical Pharmacist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations by helping to bring best practice and collaborative ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization.

The Clinical Pharmacist will work as part of a close-knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of immunizations, diabetes and smoking cessations programs, as well as other Subject Matter Expertise (SME) programs as developed by AHF, with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority.

Compensation: 129,000-139,000 Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
