Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff
- Verify, check, and dispense prescription medications accurately
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
- Administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations
- Prepare and mix antibiotics and other compounded medications
- Maintain inventory and order medications as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee controlled substances and proper recordkeeping
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns
