Manufacturing Operator I – 1st & 3rd Shift
Location: Fall River, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking Manufacturing Operators I to support the production of regulated, high-quality products in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment. The role includes equipment operation, documentation, cleaning, material dispensing, and complying with cGMP and safety procedures. Ideal for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines.
- Dispense raw materials and packaging components as per batch requirements.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areas, tools, and equipment.
- Complete required batch documentation, logbooks, and records accurately.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and support preventive maintenance.
- Maintain status labels, material identification, and proper documentation flow.
- Support line clearance activities.
- Wear applicable PPE in production zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and packaging.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (pharma, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, chemical, medical device, or similar).
- Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with machinery.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with inhalation, oral solid dosage, or automated equipment.
- Understanding of basic documentation practices (GDP).
- Familiarity with deviation, change control, or equipment calibration concepts.

- Requires PPE (safety glasses, gloves, respirator depending on task)
