Project Manager I

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager I to lead and coordinate technical transfer and operations projects within a highly regulated environment. This role requires strong scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration skills to ensure projects are executed successfully and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and control project execution, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scopes, objectives, deliverables, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive alignment across internal operations and external partners to achieve milestones.
- Provide transparent project reporting and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely decisions.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3 years of project management experience in complex environments (preferably within medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing).
- Skilled in risk management, project reporting, and delivering both quantitative and qualitative results.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
- Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones and competing priorities.
- Project Management training/certification required; PMP certification preferred.
- Strong business acumen and commitment to operational excellence.
