Summary
The Project Manager will coordinate and support multiple TM ODT–wide strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution. This role ensures alignment, structure, and sustained momentum across projects. Responsibilities include meeting coordination, agenda preparation, tracking deliverables, building workflows, and holding stakeholders accountable for follow-through. The Project Manager will play a key role in enabling leaders and teams to execute effectively by providing organized, consistent, and well-documented coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key interface with executive leadership teams and act as the primary contact for high-visibility projects.
- Manage day-to-day operations of departmental strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent TM ODT projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked and reported.
- Navigate ambiguity and connect the dots across initiatives, clarifying assumptions and aligning stakeholders.
- Schedule, prepare, and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
- Develop and monitor project plans, workflows, milestones, KPIs, and risk logs.
- Support change initiatives and adoption of new operating models through structured planning and communication.
- Create and maintain reusable project management templates, workflows, and governance tools.
- Provide robust documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quarterly handover plans.
- Train internal staff on tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure sustainability.
- Partner with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals.
Deliverables / Outcomes
- Documented project plans, meeting notes, milestone/KPI trackers, and risk logs.
- Standardized and reusable project management tools and workflows.
- Quarterly SOP documentation and handover packages.
- Trained staff to ensure long-term sustainability of processes.
- Improved consistency in operational execution and adoption of new operating models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or technical environments.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create structured tools, templates, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Monday.com, Tableau).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Change Management principles (PROSCI certification a plus).
Salary : $50 - $62
