E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager
San Diego, CA (In-Office)
We are a fast-growing wellness brand seeking a performance-driven E-Commerce Digital
Marketing Manager to lead digital growth across paid media, marketplaces, and DTC channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Digital Media & Creative
• Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Oversee creative development tailored to each platform for performance
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion
Marketplace & Retail Media
• Manage Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplace strategy and ad spend
• Optimize product listings (SEO, content, reviews, conversion)
• Monitor competitive trends and identify growth opportunities
• Some experience managing TikTok Shop
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
• Own Shopify site performance including merchandising and UX
• Drive CRO through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and personalization
• Manage CRM programs (email, SMS) to increase retention and LTV
Analytics & Performance
• Build and manage dashboards (Shopify, GA4)
• Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership
What Success Looks Like:
• Profitable, scalable growth across digital channels
• Strong marketplace presence and conversion
Qualifications:
• 5 years in e-commerce/digital marketing
• Experience with paid media, marketplaces, and Shopify
• Strong analytical skills and KPI ownership
• Experience managing agencies
• CPG/wellness experience preferred
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $115,000 base
