Role Description This role involves engaging with customers to understand their discovery, development, and manufacturing needs and advising on PharmaBlock’s chemistry and CRDMO solutions. The Consultant will prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, coordinate project scoping, and collaborate with internal R&D, operations, and commercial teams to ensure high-quality execution. Daily activities include conducting market and competitive analysis, participating in client meetings and conferences, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders on customer requirements and industry trends. The Consultant will also contribute to strategic account planning, maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems, and support initiatives that promote sustainable and innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong background in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a scientific discipline is preferred.
- Experience in drug discovery, process development, or CDMO/CRDMO services, with rich experiences in emerging modality projects (e.g., peptides, oligonucleotides, conjugates)
- Ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and basic familiarity with digital and modeling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of proposals, presentations, and technical summaries.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with scientific, operational, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
