Opportunity Overview
We are looking for experienced forecasting professionals to lead high-impact engagements for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will combine forecasting expertise, strategic thinking, and client leadership to solve complex business questions, translate market dynamics and analytics into actionable insights, and help clients make confident commercial decisions.
Opportunities are available at the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Engagement Manager levels, with scope based on experience and demonstrated leadership. As you progress across levels, your responsibilities will expand from end-to-end project and client delivery to leading complex engagements, senior client relationships, teams, and account growth
Key Responsibilities
- Own forecasting projects and engagements end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, timely, and decision-relevant delivery
- Partner with clients to define business questions, challenge assumptions, and shape forecasting approaches.
- Lead short- or long-term forecasting across inline, launch, pipeline, and portfolio assets, applying appropriate methodologies, scenarios, analogs, and market drivers.
- Translate complex analyses into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations, and confidently present them to client stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and collaborate across global and cross-functional stakeholders to align inputs, assumptions, and recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships while managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
- Advance forecasting methodologies, tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen quality and efficiency.
- At senior levels, take broader ownership of multiple engagements, project leaders, senior client relationships, proposals, account growth, and practice development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical/life-sciences experience in forecasting, analytics, commercial strategy, or consulting
- 3 years of experience in US market would be preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical forecasting methodologies and the ability to develop or critically evaluate models, assumptions, scenarios, analogs, and outputs.
- Experience leading client-facing projects, managing stakeholders, and translating analytical work into clear business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and ex-U.S. market dynamics and their implications for forecasting, launch and lifecycle considerations, and relevant data sources
- Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, storytelling, project management, and collaboration skills.
- For senior levels, demonstrated experience leading complex or concurrent engagements, developing teams, managing senior stakeholders, and contributing to financial or commercial outcomes.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; exposure to claims, epidemiology, market research, and other pharmaceutical datasets, along with forecasting automation and AI tools, is valued
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
