Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to divestiture work. The individual should have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a tech environment.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates to them.
- Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track program costs and provide monthly reporting.
