About the role: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance Department and ensuring the effectiveness of the Pharma Nobis Quality Management System. This position provides leadership and oversight to maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements while supporting the organization's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.


What you'll do:

  • Directly oversee the Quality Assurance and Quality Systems Supervisors and their functions within the department.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Pharma Nobis Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
  • Ensure the facility maintains a continuous state of audit readiness through routine assessments and internal audits, quality system oversight, and compliance monitoring.
  • Develop, monitor, trend, and report KPIs to management.
  • Guide, review, and approve root cause investigations and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Review and approve controlled documentation and records as required.
  • Lead in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify compliance risks and implement quality improvements.
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary by Pharma Nobis management.

What you'll need:

  • A BS in science, engineering or related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory or related role within a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is required.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • A thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs), and experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.
  • Experience with investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience conducting, managing, or supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements through effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
