We're one of the fastest-growing home-services companies in the Charlotte metro, and we're hiring one Business Development Representative to drive our next stage of growth.
This is a hunter's seat. Your job is to open doors, build referral relationships, and bring in business that wasn't there before. Do it well and you won't just earn uncapped commission — you'll learn to sell anything (a skill that pays you for the rest of your life) and put yourself first in line for the leadership roles we're creating as we scale.
What you'll do
- Prospect and open new accounts — outbound calls, in-person visits, and outreach to people who've never heard of us
- Build and own referral relationships with plumbers, realtors, insurance adjusters, and property managers
- Book qualified appointments and estimates for our team
- Follow up relentlessly — the money is in the 5th–8th touch
- Own your pipeline in our CRM and report your numbers daily
