What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fishing Guide position at PHANTOM-TRI RIVER CHARTERS INC?
We are looking for guide to join our team for the 2026 season. Must be willing to work long hours outside and able to perform under pressure. Also able to learn and adapt to new situations quickly and efficiently.
Hourly pay based upon experience, plus additional daily gratuities. Monthly and end of season bonuses based on performance.
Position criteria:
• Strong fly and gear fishing skills
• 6 pack OUPV Coast Guard License Required (can assist in obtaining) Also rafting and remote guide positions available.
• Ability to work in a remote location
• Unparalleled work ethic
• Energetic personality
• Extremely positive attitude
• Experience in Power Boat preferred, (extensive training is provided to each guide.)
• Alaska experience preferred but not necessary if other criteria met
A seasoned guide is preferred. However, the willingness to learn, strong work ethic, motivation and personality are unparalleled.
