This role will focus on creating engaging, compliant, and effective learning modules for multiple departments, including Care Managers, Program Managers, and internal staff.Responsibilities:Course Development: Design and develop interactive learning modules across multiple tracks (Care Managers, Program Managers, APCM, Executive Sponsors, etc.)Content Creation: Write clear, concise instructional content, including lesson scripts, assessment questions, video scripts, and supplementary materialsPlatform Management: Build and organize courses within the LMS platform, ensuring proper sequencing and user experienceCompliance Integration: Ensure all training content meets healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirementsWorkflow Documentation: Create step-by-step workflow guides and best practice documentation for platform features (P20, P25, daily check-ins, etc.)Quality Assurance: Test courses with internal guinea pigs and iterate based on feedback and learner outcomesMetrics & Reporting: Work with the team to establish training completion metrics and measure the effectiveness of learning modulesContinuous Improvement: Update and maintain existing courses as product features evolve and new best practices emergeRequirements: 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creationExperience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into digestible learning contentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare or health tech industry experienceFamiliarity with Chronic Care Management (CCM) or Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) programsExperience creating compliance training contentKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworksVideo editing and multimedia content creation skillsExperience with tools like Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, or similarSuccess Metrics:Number of courses developed and launched per quarterLearner completion rates and engagement metricsReduced onboarding time for new Care ManagersPositive feedback scores from training participantsDecreased need for hands-on training supportOur Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation commensurate with experience - $5,000-10,000/monthPotential to earn equity based on performanceRemote-friendly work environmentMedical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents at a nominal costPaid maternity leaveFSA and Dependent Care account options401(k) Eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment Collaborative, mission-driven work environmentIf you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement, then this is the place for you.
