Seeking an organized, design-minded Project Coordinator to help manage the interior design, selections, purchasing, and project details for our luxury residential new construction and renovation projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves residential design but is equally comfortable managing the details required to bring a project from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys working directly with ownership, contractors, vendors, designers, and suppliers.

This is not a traditional desk-only design position. The role will involve time in the office, at showrooms, with vendors, and on active construction sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating interior and exterior selections for residential projects
• Organizing finish schedules, specifications, selections, and project documentation
• Assisting with selections for flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint, wall coverings, appliances, and other finishes
• Researching and sourcing materials, furnishings, fixtures, and design elements
• Obtaining and organizing pricing, proposals, samples, and vendor information
• Placing and tracking orders and monitoring lead times and delivery dates
• Maintaining detailed selection and procurement schedules
• Coordinating with vendors, showrooms, subcontractors, suppliers, and installers
• Communicating selections and specifications clearly to the construction team
• Reviewing plans and helping ensure design details are carried through correctly in the field
• Visiting job sites to review progress and address design-related questions
• Tracking outstanding decisions and identifying items that could affect the construction schedule
• Helping prepare homes for completion, photography, staging, and market launch
• Assisting with furniture, accessories, styling, and final installation when applicable
• Maintaining organized project files, budgets, receipts, samples, and specifications
• Helping ownership manage multiple projects at different stages of construction

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in interior design, residential construction, project coordination, architecture, homebuilding, or a related field
• Strong interest in high-end residential design and construction
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Strong eye for materials, finishes, proportions, and overall design
• Able to manage many small details without losing sight of the overall project
• Comfortable reading floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
• Confident communicating with vendors, trades, designers, and contractors
• Proactive and able to anticipate upcoming decisions and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
• Strong computer skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules, digital files, and design/project-management software

Formal interior design education is a plus but not required. We value practical experience, strong design instincts, organization, and the ability to execute.

Experience with luxury residential construction, renovations, custom homes, procurement, or interior selections is especially valuable.
