At Phaidon, we create niche recruitment experts by first matching you with one of our niche sub-teams, bringing you through our award winning Onboarding Academy, and working closely with you to train you on our model of recruitment.

The Los Angeles office has consistently excelled in growth and performance gearing up to be the company's next flagship office as business growth across the Western U.S. continues. Over the course of the interview process, you will speak with the managers of niche teams that are hiring, and ultimately matched.

Responsibilities of a full desk recruitment consultant include:

Business Development:

Reach out to relevant companies, build lasting stakeholder relationships, and consult on hiring needs through strategic outreach, tailored pitches, and ongoing client engagement.

Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively headhunting, cold calling, and networking with top-tier, passive candidates to match client needs within your niche and territory.

Process Management:

Connect clients with top talent by managing the full hiring process-from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up-to ensure a lasting fit for both parties.

• $50,000 base salary unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE)
