What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Recruiter (January Start) position at Phaidon International?
Location: Back Bay, Boston, MA
Compensation: $47,500 uncapped commission from day 1 ($75k OTE)
Our team in Boston is growing, and we are looking to grow our team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize within industries such as banking & finance, supply chain, energy & infrastructure, and life sciences.
Many of our Recruitment Consultants come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds and have seen their success in this business skyrocket. Our award-winning training program will provide you with the tools needed for you to succeed as well!
What does the role involve?
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries.
- Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 10 companies.
- Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
