At Phagans’ Beauty College in Corvallis, we’re seeking experienced, licensed professionals to join our team as Cosmetology Instructors. Whether you specialize in Hair Design, Esthetics, or Nail Technology, we’d love to hear from you!
We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time, temporary or permanent) so you can continue growing your own career while helping students build theirs.
What You’ll Do
- Teach and mentor students in hair design, esthetics, and/or nail technology.
- Share real-world salon experience to help students develop technical and professional skills.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support student success by modeling professionalism, creativity, and teamwork.

Qualifications
- Active Oregon license in Hair Design, Esthetics, or Nail Technology (all three a big plus!)
- 1–1.5 years of salon or spa experience
- Strong foundation in barbering practices and advanced hairstyling techniques
- Prior teaching experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
