Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Archivist & Visual Strategist based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some remote work flexibility. The candidate will be responsible for managing and digitizing archives, overseeing records and document management, and providing library services. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining a digital and physical archive, implementing creative visual strategies to enhance documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align archival processes with the brand's artistic vision.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digitization and Document Management
- Knowledge of Archives and Records Management processes
- Background in Library Services and information organization
- Proficiency in digital tools and software for organizing and managing archives
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to develop visual strategies to enhance documentation
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Familiarity with luxury brands or artistic fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field preferred
