What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at PH FOOD SERVICES VA LLC?
In our Bubble Tea Store, Kitchen Staff member focuses on the back-of-house (BOH) preparation that keeps the front-end running smoothly. You will be responsible for cooking and preparing ingredients and toppings, and maintaining strict kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
What you'd do
- Brew high quality tea
- Prepare toppings
- Cook boba and all the other toppings
- Check and re-fill toppings as needed
- Keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- Comply with Department of Health and company regulations and policies

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $13 - $16 per hour (based on the profile especially the experience and the performance)

Recruiting Process:
- We have an unpaid training and test period of 3 days (depending on the candidate's learning pace)
- If the test is passed, the candidate is hired upon receipt of the required documentation.
