What You’ll Do
- Take, process and underwrite loan applications
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
- Assist customers with account questions and payment solutions
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records
- Contribute to marketing efforts and customer outreach
- Communicate clearly with both team members and clients
- Make collections calls and other daily administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of loans or collections (helpful, not required)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Reliable, dependable, and consistent work ethic
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
