Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage key customer relationships and support major deal negotiations
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles
- MBA
- Proven leadership with a track record of achieving company objectives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad business impact
