Fulfillment Lead

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Lead to join our team at the FW location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This person will guide the team, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Support inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Train and coach new team members to perform at their best.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals.
