Job description:
$40–$42/hour benefits | 3-day workweek | No weekends or late nights

Your schedule & workflow (what makes this job stand out)
· 1-hour recall appointments
· 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP
· 40–50 minutes for pediatric patients
· Single-column, solo hygiene (no double booking)
· No overbooking—additional patients only added if there’s a cancellation
· Strong waitlist to keep your schedule full without feeling rushed

What you’ll do
· Preventive care, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
· Digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Patient education and treatment discussions
- Work closely with an experienced dentist and supportive team

What we’re looking for
· Active Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Nitrous oxide & local anesthesia certification
