Director of Quality
Location: Central U.S. Preferred (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)

PGS360 is seeking a hands-on Director of Quality to build and lead quality standards across our fulfillment and warehouse network throughout the United States and Canada.
This is not a traditional manufacturing Quality role.
We're looking for a leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, partnering with Operations, solving problems at the source, and building scalable quality systems that improve customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.
If you've successfully built quality programs across multiple distribution centers or 3PL operations, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build and standardize quality programs across multiple warehouse locations.
- Partner with Operations leaders to improve fulfillment quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce defects, customer complaints, shipping errors, and inventory discrepancies.
- Develop quality metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting dashboards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize SOPs and ensure compliance across all facilities.
- Conduct operational audits and identify opportunities to improve warehouse performance.
- Drive quality initiatives across:
- Receiving
- Pick & Pack
- Assembly
- Kitting & Rework
- Labeling
- Inventory Control
- Final Inspection
- Coach and develop operations teams to build a culture of quality.
- Travel regularly throughout the U.S. and Canada to support warehouse operations.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- 8 years of progressive Quality leadership experience.
- 5 years leading Quality within:
- 3PL
- Distribution Centers
- Warehousing
- Fulfillment
- Assembly
- Consumer Goods
- Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations.
- Strong operational leadership with a hands-on approach.
- Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Ability to travel 40–60% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- ASQ Certification
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems
- Power BI experience
- Contract packaging or beauty/consumer goods experience

During your first several months, you'll focus on:
- Standardizing quality processes across every warehouse.
- Improving inventory accuracy and fulfillment quality.
- Reducing assembly defects and customer complaints.
- Building a scalable warehouse Quality Management System.
- Increasing SOP compliance across all facilities.
