What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Content Administrator position at PGR?
Executive Content Administrator
Some people manage calendars.
Others manage projects.
This role manages ideas.
We’re looking for an exceptional writer, researcher, strategist, and organizer to work one-on-one with one of today’s most influential business thinkers as he builds the next chapter of his thought leadership platform.
For decades, his ideas have shaped entrepreneurs and business leaders through bestselling books, educational programs, keynote presentations, and business frameworks. Today, those ideas are expanding into an integrated platform of books, courses, video, podcasts, newsletters, and social media designed to reach an even broader audience.
Every day generates intellectual capital.
Conversations become insights.
Research becomes teaching.
Ideas become books.
Frameworks become courses.
Observations become content that reaches thousands, and often millions, of people.
Your job is to ensure those ideas are never lost.
You’ll capture all ideas as they emerge, research and validate concepts, organize information, connect related thinking, refine written communication, and transform raw conversations into polished intellectual assets.
One morning you might distill a two-hour strategy session into a one-page brief. That afternoon you may be researching data, fact-checking documents, organizing notes into a searchable knowledge library, drafting correspondence, synthesizing material for use in a new course, or reviewing long-form content for use as compelling posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is not an executive assistant role. You'll work alongside a thought leader, using creative and adminstrative and superb organizational and research/writing skills to maximize the use of content across multiple channels and platforms.
It is an opportunity to become an extension of a world-class thinker’s creative process.
The ideal candidate is relentlessly curious. You love learning. You naturally organize information. You ask thoughtful questions. You enjoy connecting ideas across disciplines. You can make complex concepts simple without making them simplistic. You are equally comfortable researching, writing, editing, organizing, and building systems that make knowledge useful.
If you’re energized by helping ideas become books, educational experiences, and content that influences leaders around the world, this role offers a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Love learning for the sake of learning.
- Are an exceptional writer and editor.
- Can quickly synthesize large amounts of information.
- Have outstanding research skills.
- Enjoy creating order from complexity.
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
- Think strategically while executing flawlessly.
- Are comfortable working independently in a high-trust environment.
- Take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Care deeply about quality and accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to spend every day helping transform ideas into lasting intellectual assets that educate, challenge, and inspire others.
