The Role
You will own the growth of a high-end personal brand targeting senior professionals (law firm partners, MDs, execs).
Your job is simple:
Turn real business activity- client results, travel, conversations into consistent LinkedIn content that drives inbound leads.
This is not a typical “content manager” role.
You are responsible for attention → trust → pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own the LinkedIn content engine end-to-end
- Produce 3-5 high-quality posts per day (written video)
- Turn client results and real-world activity into content
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Write sharp, high-conversion copy (no fluff)
- Maintain a premium, executive-level brand
- Identify what works and scale it
What Success Looks Like
- 4-5x increase in content output within 60 days
- Consistent inbound from qualified prospects
- Growth in senior, ICP-matched audience
- More booked calls driven by LinkedIn
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven track record growing a personal brand on LinkedIn
- Strong copywriting ability (you cannot rely on AI alone)
- Ability to extract strong content from minimal input
- Understands premium positioning (not influencer-style content)
- Can move fast without sacrificing quality
Important
- This is a high-output role (3-5 posts per day, consistently)
- You will be expected to operate fast and think independently
- This is not a strategy-only or part-time role
Compensation
- $80k-$130k base (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus tied to inbound leads and revenue from LinkedIn
- Path to Head of Content as the brand scales
