Production Control Coordinator
Job Purpose and Summary:
Responsible for accurate data entry and analysis of production control process in order to have it aligned with business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
· HSE: Promote a safe work environment at all times through the adherence to all PGPI’s Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures as well as to all relevant California OSHA regulations in order to achieve ZERO workplace incidents and injuries.
· Production Control and Record Management: Responsible to initiate and control documentation for production batches as assigned to production teams, ensuring adherence to the production schedule keeping a timely workflow.
Communicate with Production Control Manager any delays or material shortages.
Responsible for data entry in the production control process to analyze performance trends.
Develop and maintain knowledge of customer’s business and data needs.
Ensure supply chain transactions are executed timely and accurately in all key operational systems.
Support during material and cycle changes and reallocation of workstations.
Work cooperatively with the planning team, production and logistics teams.
· Problem Solving/Reporting/Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve root cause for variances which will validate operation activities and company revenue.
Support the Sales and Operations Planning Process through relevant metric reporting and summary of key supply/capacity constraints.
Manages, analyzes, and resolves data issues and manages revisions needed to best meet both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.
· Training & Development: Participate in all trainings related to his/her job in order to gain knowledge/skills/abilities needed for exceptional performance.

· Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications/experience
· Related Experience
Prior experience with transportation, logistics/supply chain or purchasing required
