This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY. As a Distilled Spirits Industry Professional, the selected individual will collaborate with clients to provide premium glass packaging solutions tailored to their unique needs in the specialty liquor sector. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying customer requirements, coordinating with production and design teams, and overseeing the execution of glass packaging projects. Additional duties involve quality assurance, monitoring project timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and aiding in marketing or promotional efforts.
- Strong knowledge of the distilled spirits industry and expertise in specialty liquor packaging trends.
- Experience with client relationship management, project coordination, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes and knowledge of industry compliance and safety standards.
- Strong skills in design collaboration, packaging innovation, and understanding of value-added services like labeling, screen printing, or coating processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
