$65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience) performance-based bonuses
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. We are also open to motivated candidates who have recently completed an accredited HVAC trade school program and are eager to begin their careers in the field.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety
- Install HVAC components and systems as needed
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Will consider recent HVAC trade school graduates with strong foundational knowledge
- EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain promptly)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and good customer service skills
