BIM Manager (San Francisco, CA)—Develop BIM capabilities within the team, including preparing a team plan and recruiting; be involved in the production and coordination of infrastructure 3D models and objects covering transit station architecture, mechanical, electrical, and civil design; design of pavement sections, and construction details; preparation of drawings showing interfacing of different systems, underground utilities, work phasing, etc.; & developing of BIM Execution Plans for different projects in line with the scope and Level of Design required. Salary $111,114 per year. Req’s Master’s (or foreign equi. deg.) degree in Building Science or rel. with knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Navisworks, & Revit.
