Loan Originator

We are seeking a driven Loan Originator who can build relationships, generate a strong pipeline, and close deals with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

• Source new business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Advise borrowers on loan products, rates, and qualification requirements.
• Manage each transaction from application through closing.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven lending or financial-services sales experience.
• Active NMLS and applicable state licenses.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Established referral network preferred.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on successfully funded loans.
