Duties And Responsibilities
- Order Processing:
- Efficiently monitor and manage drop ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and track inventory levels for drop ship products.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with stock levels.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, suppliers, and other relevant departments.
- Provide clear and timely status updates of onboarding new vendors and products.
- Product Management:
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate product information, including images and copy.
- Manage the process of turning drop ship products online, ensuring they have the correct content.
- Data Entry and Reporting:
- Accurately input data related to drop ship orders into our systems.
- Generate regular reports on drop ship performance and key metrics.
Prior experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, merchandising, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
- Flexibility to work extended and varying hours as needed.
- No travel requirements
