Youll coordinate scheduling and dispatch for 9 skilled technicians while ensuring clear, professional communication with our customers.
What Youll Do
- Schedule and dispatch the service technicians across plumbing and electrical services
- Communicate directly with customers regarding appointments, updates, and follow-ups
- Prioritize calls based on urgency, availability, and technician skill set
- Use ServiceTitan software to manage scheduling, job details, and technician updates
- Maintain close communication with the field and management teams to keep operations smooth
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction
What Were Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or office coordination (home services background a plus)
- Plumbing or electrical related customer service experience is a strong plus
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and technicians
- Calm under pressure, with a positive and professional attitude

Experience and License Requirements
