Greeter - Part-time - Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 6 pm - Frisco, TX

The Greeter acts as the first point of contact between customers and the coaching center. Responsible for answering guest inquiries, assisting customers register for lessons, and more, while always upholding the company culture making customers feel welcomed and valued.

Represent the PGA of America in the utmost professional manner.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Answer incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner. 
 

Greet customers upon entrance in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner. Demonstrate a true passion for customer service and proactively seek ways to surprise and delight our customers, striving to go above and beyond the service levels required.

Act as the point of reference for customers who need assistance or information.  Develop a thorough understanding of all key services and possess the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.

Ensure that the coaching center spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy.
 

Provide tours of the Coaching Center.  Work with the team to acquire a working knowledge of the technology used at the center, including an understanding of the entire PGA Frisco campus.

Assist with various requests to further enhance the coaching experience including listening to comments and resolving minor issues.
 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.  Thorough knowledge of customer service support functions acquired through one year previous customer service experience in similar position is preferred. Strong computer and  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  
 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proven proficiency in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.  
 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS 
 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
 

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.
 

REASONING ABILITY
 

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 

COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK

Works harmoniously with others to get a job done, responds positively to instructions and procedures and is able to work well with staff while maintaining relationships, which breed productive disagreement and debate.
 

CUSTOMER FOCUS
 

Meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.  Gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.  Acts with the customer in mind and establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
