What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exhibit Technician II position at PG EXHIBITS LLC?
Position Summary: This position will make an impact by understanding project scope and performing an array of functions to execute a project build successfully, while also providing controls over our Warehouse (Shipping/receiving, P&I, I&D) to increase our profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, set-up, dismantle and pack exhibit properties for client previews

Assisting shop on any custom elements of the booth.

Ensure properties are complete and functional before and after shows
-
Update and maintain detailed inventories of client properties
-
Stage properties while inspecting & noting damages or repairs needed
-
Maintain a neat and organized work environment
-
Understand and run all machine tools
-
Read and check all blueprints so build is correct; understand the project as a whole

Take on intricate shaped builds

Use time management to build project within the timeline efficiently and at a high level of quality

Maintain equipment by observing the pre/post execution done by the specific tools
-
Take inventory of materials used
-
Effectively work with a team of builders to construct assigned projects from start to completion.

Accurately interpret and work from plans and fabrication drawings.

Regulate material usage to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency on project.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and preferred skills:
-
High School diploma or equivalent experience
-
3 years previous warehouse experience preferred
-
2-3 previous exhibit house experience
-
Experience working with a range of materials, to include plywood, MDF, laminate, and plexi.

Ability to use multiple types of equipment, including a table saw, router, etc.

Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills

Dependable and Reliable

Inventory and equipment maintenance skills required

Excellent computer skills - Microsoft word and excel; ability to read blueprints

Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player

Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Working Conditions:

Works in our Aurora, CO warehouse

Ability to work weekly full-time hours and overtime when needed

This job operates in a production environment. This role is sitting, standing, moving, bending, walking, reaching, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and turning.
