Sales Role Description
- Follow up on new and existing leads by traveling to the job site
- Document customer needs and record job information accurately
- Be responsible for all communication with their customers
- Take responsibility for the success of each project
- Build accurate quotes and estimates
- Generate a bill of materials and source required components
- Coordinate and schedule the installation/service
- Follow up after service and ask for feedback
Qualifications
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and positive minded
- Knowledge of residential construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to climb on roofs and measure components accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues, and build positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic office and property management software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, rental management tools).
Pay: $52,800.00 - $63,700.00 per year
