Job Overview
As the head of treasury and capital management, you will directly impact the company's financial operations and strategic planning. You are responsible for designing and executing cash flow and capital strategies to ensure stable project funding while optimizing the cost structure of capital. You are part of the company's financial core, working closely with the CFO, project management team, banks, and financing partners.
You are not merely a "bookkeeper," but a strategic driver who ensures the company's finances are truly controllable, predictable, and growable.
Job Qualifications
15 years of experience in fund management, financial analysis, or capital operation. At least 15 years of practical experience in fund/treasury management or similar senior finance positions. Proficient in cash flow forecasting, bank financing structure design, and cost control. Familiarity with the characteristics of the construction industry's funding (long project cycles, prepayment & contract payment management) is preferred. Ability to build trust and efficient cooperation with banks, financing parties, and internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity; able to identify trends and risks from data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain complex financial topics clearly and concisely. Proficient in fund management and financial software, such as Excel, ERP, cash position platforms, etc. Keen awareness of risk and compliance; able to establish institutionalized fund processes.
Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA.
