Job Summary:
Assist customers that come to our store, order on-line and ask questions through our customer e-mail.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service to all customers
- Answer phone calls
- Answer emails in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product recommendations (basic detailing knowledge)
- Answer customer ticket
- Run reports
- Problem-solve order issues
- Restock retail showroom
- Manage cash box
- Operate POS checkout systems
- Complete basic Excel spreadsheets
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Positive Attitude
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be available to work weekends and events
- Must be able to adapt to change
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have basic Excel skills
- Excellent communications skills including both verbal and written
- Must have reliable transportation
- Detailing experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work schedule will include a minimum of 1 weekend day, with 1 day off during the week. OT may be required on an as-needed basis.
Travel: Minimal local travel to events may be required.
