Essential Responsibilities
-Lead the construction project team to ensure scope and execution plan are managed to deliver an exceptional project.
-Collaborate with client, design team, subcontractor partners and internal team members and create lasting positive relationships.
-Coordinate, track, and lead the project from the proposal and estimate phase through final completion.
-Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded.
-Manage the financial aspects of the project including forecasts, production, change orders, invoice processing and billing.
-Ensure the project complies with Corporate and Site-Specific Safety programs.
-Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
-Schedule, process, review and document all shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation to ensure compliance with design.
-Understand the details of contracts, plans and specifications to communicate and lead the project with a high level of effectiveness.
-Attend and lead meetings with project stakeholders.
-Mentor and provide guidance and opportunity to direct reports.
-Lead and ensure our core culture is consistent in all projects.
-Build long-term relationships with subcontractor partners.
-Lead permitting and approval process for every project.
Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum five years similar experience.
-BS in Construction or related college degree
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Building Connected, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project.
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to ensure processes and systems are consistently followed.
-Ability to work in a high-functioning and collaborative team environment and have fun.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
