Role Description
Both full-time and Part-time hybrid roles for a Finance Specialist. The position is located in Columbus, OH with flexibility for some work from home. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Training Licensing provided The role also involves communication and collaboration with various departments to support financial decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance prefered but no required
- Strong Work Ethic
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Life Insurance Licensing and SIE (Securities Series 6) preferred Not Required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Leadership & Management Experience
- Experience in financial software and tools is beneficial
- Great People Skills
