Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a proven track record in project scheduling and site management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with industry tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and schematics is essential. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
• Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation effectively.
• Utilize ProCore for daily reporting, documentation management, and communication across teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate activities among all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision.
• Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, contracts, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in project coordination across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $64,183.33 - $77,296.05 per year
