Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
- Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation effectively.
- Utilize ProCore for daily reporting, documentation management, and communication across teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Facilitate project meetings to coordinate activities among all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and related tools.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating, contracts, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in project coordination across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
