Job Responsibilities
- Enhance Operational Excellence through efficient use of lab inventory and asset management.
- Master GxP Document Lifecycle through use of lab procedural documents as well as submission-ready lab study plans and reports.
- Ensure Data Integrity through quality review of cumulative data tables against source.
- Drive Project Timelines through frequent communication and coordination with lab scientists and project leads and biweekly study management meetings.
- Provide Critical GxP Lab Support through routine qualification of equipment, software, and the processing/management of human biospecimens.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Exceptional time management with ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field required and 2-4 years of work experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
