What you will be doing
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet events while delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.
Set up, stock, and maintain banquet bars, ensuring all supplies, garnishes, and equipment are event-ready.
Accurately process beverage orders and maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service standards and company policies.
Collaborate with banquet staff and event teams to ensure seamless execution of weddings, corporate functions, galas, and special events.
Monitor bar inventory throughout events, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
Position Requirements
At least two years of previous bartending experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume event environments preferred.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails, along with an understanding of responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
