Strong ability to establish rapport with the client population. Capable of clear and effective verbal and written communication for reporting. Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding towards clients. Experience and Education Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Two years of responsible employment history preferred. Employment Requirements: Successful completion of background checks including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect checks. Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current auto insurance. First Aid and CPR certifications within 30 days of employment, with annual renewals. Completion of behavioral management training within the first 30 days of employment.
