Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost  Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce.  Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: Prepare clients for exams, obtain vital signs, and assist with medical histories Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and conduct lab testing Ensure exam and treatment rooms are equipped and sanitized Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, and manage medical records Provide support and education to clients regarding their care Visit residential sites to review documentation and support medical needs Communicate with providers, pharmacies, and external specialists Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care Accompany clients to appointments and advocate for their rights Maintain inventory and lab supplies, including monitoring temperature logs Document services and interactions in the electronic medical record system Manage clinic injection calendar and medication needs Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned by nursing leadership Education and/or Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Practical Nursing program One year of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred Required License/Certification (one of the following): Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) OR...
