Summary
This position as Customer quality and facility project coordinator helps manage first article (FAI) processes, customer quality trackers, and customer compliance requirements, with the key Semiconductor OEM customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the processes. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating any Silicon Valley Innovation Center (SVIC) related facility requirements and projects within the company, with external suppliers, and the landlord.
Must be highly motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking several projects or efforts at any given time. Responsibilities include working hand-in-hand with other SVIC team members, facility and EHS teams, customer quality engineers, product management, engineering, purchasing, external vendors, and the facility landlord.

Duties
Manages the first article process with the key Semiconductor OEM customers. Responsible for internal coordination ensuring all the necessary information and reports are available from the respective internal stakeholders. Organizing the data submission to ensure timely completion according to the customer requirements. Organizes and tracks customer quality metrics. Tracks and follows through with internal stakeholders to complete all customer compliance requirements and deadlines. Acts as the key representative for Pfeiffer on all Silicon Valley Innovation Center (SVIC) facility maintenance, repairs, and projects with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and landlord to ensure smooth execution and completion according to the budget, project requirements, and timeline. Travel should be minimum (<5%) but may require occasional visits to vendors and to attend corporate meetings.
