Responsibilities
- Safely operate a manual transmission volumetric concrete truck
- Batch and mix concrete on-site to customer specifications
- Deliver to residential, commercial, and public works projects
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections
- Clean and maintain truck and mixing system daily
- Communicate with dispatch and customers at job sites
- Safely navigate tight and uneven job site conditions
- Follow all DOT and company safety standards

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Manual transmission experience REQUIRED
- Current medical card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred:
- Volumetric or ready-mix experience
- Construction or concrete knowledge
- Familiarity with Southwest Washington
