Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and payment information into the accounting system with precision.
- Verify the accuracy of invoice details against purchase orders and receipts.
- Process and prioritize accounts payable transactions to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address invoice or payment issues.
- Support the finance team with additional clerical tasks related to accounts management as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or accounts payable functions is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
