Customer Support Associate Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through a provided lead database and residential outreach while introducing AT&T services
- Provide a professional and engaging customer experience by presenting wireless solutions and answering questions
- Guide each customer through the enrollment and service selection process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service enrollments, and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members and leadership while gaining experience in Customer Support Associate responsibilities
- Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills through the Customer Support Associate training program
Customer Support Associate Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or leadership roles is helpful but not required
- Strong interest in developing customer communication and leadership skills
